This kind of coaching is most impactful than sending your employees to an offsite three-day training event.  The three-day training event’s effect is very short since training and coaching are two different animals.  Coaching is all about taking your employees from execution to performance, performance to winning and winning to winning consistently.  That is simply not possible in any offsite event no matter how good the trainer is.  He is not dedicated and committed to your success.
